When we experience failure, be it in an entrepreneurial endeavor, relationship, or life in general, we want to know what and where we went wrong, to avoid going through the same mistake again. But in our quest for answers (even when sometimes, there is none), we often forget the little stuff that plays a critical role in whether one is set to succeed or fail.
One big mistake almost everyone commits is looking for external factors, when usually, the answer only lies within oneself. The ability to say “yes” or “no”, and to ask for help where needed, is of paramount importance.

Failure isn’t holding you back: fear of failure is. We’re conditioned to fear failure, as if lack of failure guarantees success.
Here are five actions you can take to shake off the doubt and fail like a pro.
1) Embrace your mistakes.
2) Stop trying so hard.
3) Ask for help.
4) Say no when you’re afraid to.
5) Say yes when you’re afraid to.
Saying no sometimes close doors, but saying yes always opens them. Especially when you’re afraid.
