For Fitness, Wishing Is As Good Only As Working Hard Each Day

Wishing has its upside.

But only if it is coupled with real action. I, myself, am a wisher. I also visualize my wishes coming true but here’s the hard reality, it only happens when you work hard for it.

You can imagine having the perfect body all day, stare at the ceiling wanting to lose your belly fats or perhaps you want to slay the outfit you just bought for the party of the year. But then again, that is all you do. I am sure the fairy godmother will remain deaf to your endless wishes and pleas.

Just kidding. That is what I do, and it may be safe to say that I am not alone in this dream, or shall I say, wish world. There are moments when we want things to happen and fall into place. Unfortunately, we are not always willing to do the work it takes to make it happen.

I must admit that I do this all the time – or to be upfront, I used to be like this but no more. I still don’t like waking up early or doing crunches, but while I am not excited to do them all the time, I am happy with the results. It only shows that if we persist, good thing will come out of it.

When it comes to fitness and overall health, the smart thing to do is act on what you want to happen. Do not leave anything to fate. Work on them and work hard. You’d be surprised how good you’d look and feel in no time!

One thing you must remember is this: Do it for yourself and not for anybody. You deserve to take care of yourself without the guilt.

Now, are you ready for some hardcore action? I bet you are!

Comments always welcome.
