Have you been worried about your productivity?
Not because you are slacking off, but perhaps there are too many distractions surrounding you? We get it. Hard worker as you are, you want to remedy it and be as more productive as you possibly can.
It is not impossible. Yes, it can be done. You can start by doing these four simple tasks:
Make a plan and follow it
Plan your day and make sure to follow it. When all your tasks and activities are plotted for the day, you have focus, and you know what needs to be done and which way you are going. Once you have made this a habit, it gets easier, and you become more productive.
Prepare for the next day
Before you leave the office, make sure your workstation is ready for tomorrow and when you get home; prepare your outfit for the next day. It will also be great if you know what you are going to eat for breakfast and you can just grab your lunch on your way out. You will notice that not only you get a lot of things done you also maximize your time, every single day.
Don’t skip breakfast. That should be your rule of thumb. Eat healthy food and load up on fiber to stay full longer and avoid overeating. Throughout the day, drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. You can also eat small healthy meals to keep your energy running. You are not only able to focus on your tasks; you are also able to do them efficiently.
If you haven’t been sleeping well, you have no idea what you are missing, and you have no idea how good it feels to have a decent sleep each night (or most nights, at least). You would be energized and be on top of your game the whole day. Truth be told, will be surprised how much you can do!
