How Natural A Leader Are You? Here Are The Signs

Leadership is not new to us.

Even when we were young, we have understood what leadership means, although not in so many words then. In a simple context, the leader is the one we follow. That person could be an older brother, sister, cousin or the grown-up one.

At school, it is the popular one or the strong one. While among friends, it’s the tough one or the one who organizes most parties, or perhaps the one with a car. When it comes to our job, it is the manager, the supervisor, the boss.

See? We all know the concept of a leader because the moment we were born, we were led. But what about the idea of leadership? Over time, we have learned that just because one is being followed does not mean he or she is an effective leader. A few people are born to be leaders while others have learned to master the craft. But fret not. Perhaps you are a natural leader; you just don’t know it. published an article indicating the signs of a natural leader, whether one is aware or not.
