 There are habits we must acquire.

Then there are habits we must unlearn. Either of the two takes a lot of effort and hard work to accomplish but hey, whoever said it was easy to reach the moon? Yet, it has been done. Compared to that, bad habits are considered minuscule, aren’t they?

You know, all by yourself, that there are habits you must drop in order to have a better life, to be successful, to reach your dreams, to rebuild a relationship, to regain friends. Start now, before you no longer can.
