Perhaps this is something we will not openly admit, but we do all want to be happy. The question, however, is not always that simple to answer. What would make you happy?
We have gone through something in life that it was almost too much to bear and we could only wish and want to be happy. It can be frustrating and nerve-wracking sometimes. That is how life is. But happiness? It is a decision, and yes, you can be happier when you are healthy.
Yes, it does take work and discipline and like everything else that we want to happen in life, and the things we want to achieve in the future, happiness, and health can be had when we do what needs to be done.
Happiness is a state of mind, they say. Health could be the same, but it is easier said than done. It may begin with consciousness, but without action and determination, it may be hard to achieve.
You see, there are a lot of positive effects when you are healthy and being happy is one of them. When one is happy, one is inspired and motivated to find ways to stay that way, to lead a healthy lifestyle and to do things that would make them happier. It is a positive effect on health and overall well-being that can go a long way.
In short, not only you become happier in general, but you also become a more well-rounded person with a healthy body and a healthier disposition in life. Everything may still not work out the way you want or in your favor, but you are ready for it.
