We make a mark, whether it is a good or a bad one but why should there be an option when you can always leave an impressive footprint? We will fail at some point, succeed in another, but no matter how old one gets, making things happen has no time limit. Keep trying.

A 100-year-own woman joined a Pennsylvania race and celebrated her accomplishment with a push-up. Yes, a century old lovely lady! I am no whiner but still, I feel that she puts me in my place because I can possibly do more and work harder to accomplish my dreams.

It has to be asked, what would you be doing when you turn 100?

At 100 years old, Ida Keeling finished in 1 minute, 17 seconds, setting a new world record for her 100-plus age group. She felt so good, she did a few push-ups after her race.

“I’m a nice example of what you can do for yourself, and I thank God every day for my blessings,” Keeling said.
