What Matters More, Attitude or Intelligence?

 Which do you prefer?

Would you rather have a great attitude towards life, towards everything or be the smartest one in the room?

Let’s see. With attitude, you can learn what the intellectuals know but with intellect alone, you cannot have a great attitude. Or you may be the most intelligent person there is, but if you do not have the attitude and motivation to do what needs to be done, such intellect is of no use.

A study was made regarding fixed mindset and growth mindset, which could help us better understand the importance of having the “attitude” than “intellect.”

Read on and let us know what you think!

Why Attitude Is More Important Than Intelligence

When it comes to success, it’s easy to think that people blessed with brains are inevitably going to leave the rest of us in the dust. But new research from Stanford University will change your mind (and your attitude).

What follows are some strategies that will fine-tune your mindset and help you make certain it’s as growth oriented as possible.

Be passionate.

Take action.

Expect results.

Be flexible.

Don’t complain when things don’t go your way.

Bring it all together.
