Attitude carries a considerable weight and makes up the “wholeness” of a human being, intelligence being part of it. That is how we see it, at least.
Would you rather have a great attitude towards life, towards everything or be the smartest one in the room?
Let’s see. With attitude, you can learn what the intellectuals know but with intellect alone, you cannot have a great attitude. Or you may be the most intelligent person there is, but if you do not have the attitude and motivation to do what needs to be done, such intellect is of no use.
A study was made regarding fixed mindset and growth mindset, which could help us better understand the importance of having the “attitude” than “intellect.”
